Frequently Asked Questions

Our classes are designed to introduce kids to adventures and give them the confidence to try something new. Each class is led by a local Expert who is passionate about sharing Destin-Fort Walton Beach’s water culture with kids.

You can sign up right here. Simply click the class you’re interested in, select a time and book! From there you’ll receive a text notification and reminders.

Little Adventure classes are held in multiple locations including the Adventure Outpost on Crystal Beach and our mobile Outposts that travel to locations on the Gulf and Bay side of  Okaloosa Island. When registering for your class please be certain to note location as the same classes may be  held in multiple places at different times of day.

Classes are taught by Little Adventure Experts – local, small business owners who are passionate about sharing the Destin-Fort Walton Beach water culture with kids.

Little Adventure Classes are 100% free!

Nope! Your Scout and Expert will supply you with everything you need to take a Little Adventure Class. All you’ll need is a swimsuit and towel if your class involves getting in the water.

After you’ve signed up for your class you will receive a confirmation text message, followed by a reminder one hour before class begins.

Yes! You are welcome to sign up multiple kids, however please note each participant is required to have their own individual waiver completed.

One of the best parts about classes is that parents can have an opportunity to watch their kids take on something new. While you do not directly participate in class, you are required to stay for the duration, and welcome to take photos and chat with Experts and Scouts about similar adventures you can check out.

In the event a class is canceled due to weather a Scout will contact you and share information about upcoming classes to reschedule.

To cancel, simply reply to the confirmation text with the word EXIT.
