Meet the Team

Dana was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. She graduated from UWF with a degree in preprofessionsal biology and is currently an educator at the Emerald Coast Science Center. She creates lessons, conducts outreach, and hosts field trip groups. She is a beach lover and really enjoys shelling after a big storm washes shells onto the beach. Dana will help your kids discover other creatures along the shoreline, and share her wealth of knowledge about marine life in the See Creatures class.
